Founder’s Story:

My journey as an entrepreneur started with a passion for innovation, particularly in the biotech and life sciences sectors. The foundation of my entrepreneurial career was laid when I co-founded Clustermarket, a software company aimed at transforming lab management for the pharma, biotech, and chemistry industries. We set out to make lab operations more efficient, enabling researchers to focus on what really matters: advancing science. Over the years, Clustermarket grew to support 1,800 labs worldwide, working with top clients like Moderna, Eli Lilly, Bayer, Merck, and prestigious universities such as Oxford, Harvard, and MIT. As part of the leadership team, I was responsible for building the company’s go-to-market strategy, establishing our sales and marketing functions, securing key strategic partnerships, and overseeing the digital transformation of major organizations.

While my work at Clustermarket allowed me to make a direct impact in the biotech and life sciences fields, I also wanted to contribute to the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. To that end, I founded the Science Entrepreneur Club in London — a community focused on supporting biotech and life sciences startups. Through networking events, resources, and investor connections, we aimed to create an environment where entrepreneurs could thrive. I also launched an accelerator program that has successfully supported five cohorts of startups in navigating their early stages of growth and scaling their businesses.

After more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing, digital transformation, and mentoring startups, I wanted to take my passion for helping businesses to the next level. This led me to found Green Digital Consulting, a company dedicated to enabling digital transformation and driving innovation across industries. Through Green Digital Consulting, I now focus on helping organizations navigate the complexities of the digital age by providing tailored solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and long-term success. My goal is to empower businesses to unlock their full potential through smart, strategic approaches to digital transformation, go-to-market strategies, and operational growth.
